Manual 02 -
Posting and Editing Listings

The Listings Management System is a simple and effective way to post and edit your Real Estate Listings
any time you like from any computer with Internet Explorer and an Internet connection.
Instructions on how to do both are below.

Part A
Posting Listings

(Estimated time to post one listing with 10 minutes,
photos once the steps are learned: 15 minutes)

Step 1: Logging in

This is on our website http://goGlobalHomes.com
Go to "Login".
The "Customers area" will look like Example below.

Your login to "Customer area" will look like Example below.
To login, enter your E-mail and Password and click on "Submit"

If you are not a "Customer" -- Click on "Register".

If you've forgotten your password,
put your email address in the bottom field and click on "Send" to have it emailed to you.

Step 2: The "Cuatomers Area"

Once you are logged in, you will be taken to a page that looks like Example below.
It is pretty self explanatory.
One note, the "Home" page link takes you to our site's home page.

Step 3: Adding a Listing.

Click on "My Listings / Add listings" you will be taken to a page like Example below.
To add a listing, you fill in the fields like you see below.

There are some things to keep in mind as you do so:
There are 5 REQUIRED fields: "In country", "In state/region", "city" "Zip code" and "Address".
Fill these in every time.

After you fill in all the fields that you want to, click on the "Save" button.
You will be taken to a page that looks like Example below
to begin adding your listings details:
·         Step 3.1: Headline
·         Step 3.2: About Boat / Yacht
·         Step 3.3: Boat/Yacht plan
·         Step 3.4: My preferences
·         Step 3.5: Photo
·         Step 3.6: Video/Virtual Tour
·         Step 3.7: About us
·         Step 3.8: Comments
·         Step 3.9: Activate your listing

Step 3 .1: Adding "Headline"

In the Line Headline click on "Change" on the page that looks like Example above.

You will be taken to a page that looks like Example below.
Type your Headline in the textbox and click on the "Save" button.

Step 3.2: Adding "About Boat/Yacht"

In the Line About Boat/Yacht click on "Change" on the page that looks like Example above.
You will be taken to a page that looks like Example below.

There are REQUIRED fields with a red star (*). Fill these in every time.
Type or select your Boat/Yacht Description in the different boxes
and click on the "Save" button.

Step 3.4: Adding "Plans"

In the Line Plannings click on "Change" on the page that looks like Example above.
You will be taken to a page that looks like Example below.

On the page that looks like Example above, click on "Durchsuchen.../Browse...",
find on your computer a Boat/Yacht plan you optimized for this listing,
and double click on the image name.
The photo name and location will fill in under "Send this file:"
and you can click the "Upload" button.

After you click "Upload" you will be taken to a page that looks like Example obove.
The small picture (thumbnail) is automatically generated, as you can see.

There are two fields under the photo
1) The first is "Add new file:" finding the next photo you want to upload, then double click on it.
The photo location will be filled in the field and you can then click the "Upload" button.
2) The second field is the Comments field.
There you can type in a short caption that will go under the photo, like, "Survey” or “Floor plan 01".
After you type in a caption, then click on the "Upload" button.
After the page reloads (it will look the same with the fields filled in) you can click on the "Browse" button,
find the next photo you want to upload, then double click on it.
The photo location will be filled in the field and you can then click the "Upload" button.
Repeat the above process to add more photos, change their rankings and add captions.
You can add up to 5 photos for "Plan".
After you are finished adding floor plans, or survey, click on the "Back" buttom

Step 3.5: Adding "My preferences"

In the Line My preferences click on "Change" on the page that looks like Example above.
You will be taken to a page that looks like Example below.

Type or select your "My preferences" in the different boxes
and click on the "Save" button.

Step 3.5: Adding "Photo"

In the Line Photo click on "Change" on the page that looks like Example above.
You will be taken to a page that looks like Example below.

On the page that looks like Example above, click on "Durchsuchen.../Browse...",
find on your computer a photo you optimized for this listing,
and double click on the image name.
The photo name and location will fill in under "Send this file:"
and you can click the "Upload" button.

After you click "Upload" you will be taken to a page that looks like Example obove.
The small picture (thumbnail) is automatically generated, as you can see.

There are two fields under the photo.
1) The first is "Add new file:" finding the next photo you want to upload, then double click on it.
The photo location will be filled in the field and you can then click the "Upload" button.
2) The second field is the Comments field.
There you can type in a short caption that will go under the photo, like, "Lawson Rock Pavilion".
After you type in a caption, then click on the "Upload" button. After the page reloads (it will look the same with the fields filled in) you can click on the "Browse" button,
find the next photo you want to upload, then double click on it.
The photo location will be filled in the field and you can then click the "Upload" button.
Repeat the above process to add more photos, change their rankings and add captions.
You can add up to 12 photos.
After you are finished adding photos, click on the "Back" buttom.

Step 3.6: Adding "Video /Virtual Tour"

In the Line Video click on "Change" on the page that looks like Example above.
You will be taken to a page that looks like Example below.

On the page that looks like Example above, click on "Durchsuchen.../Browse...",
find on your computer a video/virtual tour you optimized for this listing,
and double click on the image name.
The video name and location will fill in under "Send this file:"
and you can click the "Upload" button.

After you click "Upload" you will be taken to a page that looks like Example obove.
The small picture (thumbnail) is automatically generated, as you can see.
There are is a Comments field under the video.
There you can type in a short caption that will go under the video, like, "Virtual tour".
After you type in a caption, then click on the "Upload" button.
You can add 1 video/virtual tour.
After you are finished adding video, click on the "Back" buttom.

Step 3.7: Adding "About us"

In the Line About us click on "Change" on the page that looks like Example above.
You will be taken to a page that looks like Example below.

On the page that looks like Example above, click on "Durchsuchen.../Browse...",
find on your computer a Company Logo or your Potrait you optimized for this listing,
and double click on the image name.
The photo name and location will fill in under "Send this file:"
and you can click the "Upload" button.

Step 3.8: Adding "Comments"

In the Line Comments click on "Change" on the page that looks like Example above.
You will be taken to a page that looks like Example below.

Type your Comments in the box and click on the "Save" button.

Step 4: Activate your listing

Don't forget this important final step!

In the first line My preferences click on "Change" on the page that looks like Example above.
You will be taken to a page that looks like Example below.

Currently the Status of your listing is INACTIVE.
Your listing is not in the public record and a potential customer cannot see your listing!

To ACTIVATE this listing: click on "Change"
You will be taken to a page that looks like Example below.

The final step:
click on "Activate for search on period 356 days"

You will be taken to a page that looks like Example below.

Your listing is now active
and is present in the public record.

Part B
Editing Listings

Editing Listings
It is never a problem to correct errors in your listings, raise prices, add or delete photos or make any other changes you like.

At the left site in the MENU Tool, you will find an " My listings/ Add listings" link.
That link takes you to pages where you have all your listings and you can click on any of them and make changes using the same steps above.

Click on "My Listings / Add listing / Edit Listing" you will be taken to a page like Example below.

Select the listing you want to change.
Then click on "Edit description" to open the listing form fields.
Follow the instruction in Step 3.
